For the Salmon:
- 1 lb wild-caught fresh salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon of pepper
- Juice of ½ large lemon about 2-3 tsp
- Lemon slices for garnish
- 1 additional tablespoon olive oil for sheet pan
For the Broccoli:
- 1 broccoli head chopped into florets
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Sprinkle of black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Chop cilantro and place in a small bowl with 2 tablespoon of olive oil, sea salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir to combine and set aside.
Chop the broccoli, remove the large stalk and chop into smaller florets.
Lightly drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a sheet pan and place the salmon down first, skin side down. Pour ⅔ of the salmon cilantro sauce on top of the salmon filets to coat all over the top of the salmon.
Add one lemon slice on top of each piece of salmon.
Add the chopped broccoli to the side of the sheet pan and lightly drizzle the broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the Salmon is 145℉ internally.
Top your salmon with the remaining cilantro lemon sauce and enjoy!
